Scholarship Fund
The Smith College Club of Washington is very proud of its Endowed Scholarship Fund at Smith College. Every year, we are able to support numerous scholarships to Smith College students from the greater metropolitan DC area because of proceeds from this Scholarship Fund.
If you are looking for an easy and convenient way to support the Scholarship Fund, we welcome your direct contribution. All gifts are tax-deductible and will be added to the SCCW’s Endowed Scholarship Fund at Smith College. Your contribution in any amount is greatly appreciated and truly makes a difference to the students who receive the scholarships. We sincerely appreciate the support of those who have contributed in the past, and we hope you will consider doing so again this year!

Annual Pecan Sale to Benefit the Scholarship Fund
Our 2025 Pecan Sale is Here!
Seasonal pecan sales are a long-standing tradition for Smith College clubs around the country. Our club’s sale benefits the SCCW's Scholarship Fund, which has aided Smith students from the greater Washington area for decades.
This year, we’re adding a little twist to the tradition: introducing our new glazed mammoth pecans — the perfect mix of classic and fresh. You can find them at the stores listed below. Our traditional extra-large plain pecan halves are excellent for baked goods, sweet and savory snacks, and other recipes. Delicious milk chocolate-covered pecans are popular for gift-giving—or your own enjoyment!

A pound of high-quality, extra-large, plain pecan halves costs $13.00 ($4.30 per bag is tax deductible).

The milk chocolate covered pecans are $12.00 for a 12 oz. bag ($3.20 per bag is tax deductible).

Glazed mammoth pecans are $8 for an 8 oz. bag ($2.20 per bag is tax deductible).
